In most cases it is faster, simpler, and less physically challenging to remove and replace a soiled pad or liner than to make a complete change of underwear, which may be totally impractical for people with limited mobility. <br />Urinary Sheath Systems <br />For men who are bedfast, wheelchair bound, or who have severely limited mobility,<a href="http://www.ralphlaurensale.org/" target="_blank" class="postlink">ralph lauren men</a>, external catheter systems known as urinary sheaths or condom catheters can be a viable part of incontinence management. These systems are based on a soft, pliable sheath that fits over the penis like a condom to collect urine.
