The three recipes listed above although basic are delicious and can be served with any number of other dishes. They are firm favorites with a number of Australian families as they are a cost effective way to serve nutritious yet tasty foods to the family.
Wash the vegetables and peel the potatoes. Cut into portions. Cut the pumpkin into portions, you can leave the skin on.
