You have to select an idea that you and your team would actually enjoy working on. It would be a great idea to pick something that is out of the ordinary or something with a twist. <br />Enumerated below are ways to help you get started with your fundraising. <br />You can organize a fashion show for a Cheerleading Fundraiser once a year. Gather your Cheerleading team of girls. Every girl has to wear a couple of outfits. Ask if local stores that are eager to let your cheerleaders to model some of their clothes to help advertise them. You can collect entrance fees for the show. This would help cover the expenses that you might incur as well as be part of your profit. Don't forget to mention during the show about your organization and thank them for supporting it. <br />There's nothing better to bring a community together than a sporting affair. You can either turn it into a huge game or make it a shoot-out type tournament. You can charge an entrance fee or registration fees for the participating teams. By doing this you will raise your profit. You can even try to get the prizes donated to you. <br />You can a have a picnic lunch. You can have people bid on each basket that may contain P&J sandwiches, pasta and etc. It is a fun event and creates a thrill of not knowing what you are bidding on. One classic way to raise funds where you have little or no cost is the Penny drive. You could make the collection of money for a certain span of time. Then the cheerleader that collects the largest amount of money, would be rewarded. <br />One school, Bishop Blanchet High School <a href="http://www.airmaxclub.net/nike-air-max-95" target="_blank" class="postlink">nike air max 95</a>, did a fundraiser called "Pig Kiss". They leave jars with a picture of every girl participating in the lunch area. The objective was to fill the jar of the cheerleader you wanted to see kiss a pig. The winner had to kiss a pig in front of the school during their homeroom assembly. It turned out to be a humorous and fun cheerleading fundraiser where they did not have to spend a dime. <br />So what ever idea that you choose, make it sure it helps you get closer to your goal and at the same time is fun.
