Many Canadian organizations are experiencing deep and debilitating morale crises, just as they're trying to cope with a challenging commerce air.
Companies are discovery that a large digit of their workers, supervisors, managers and executives have quit their jobs - but they're still coming in to work each day.
Because disappointed employees can't produce satisfied customers,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], service levels undergo. And uninspired people don't make improvements to work processes.
At treatment seminars and workshops, I am frequently asked how to motivate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], renew or revitalize employees. One senior manager complained bitterly about "the declining work ethic" and how none takes proud in his or her work anybody more.
This manager - like so many others - was searching for the "motivational sorcery clasp." He ambitioned to discover some procedure or technique namely would recharge people in his organization favor so many dying batteries.

? Look at your performance evaluation system. Does it prop people amenable for results that depend on a bigger process than they control?
? Is everyone in your organization well-trained, informed, and comprised?
? Do award systems encourage and strengthen tall rendition?

? Are accounting and management information systems designed to make it easier for customers and those serving customers, or are they designed for the managers only?

? Are you hiring extremely self-motivated people?

? Are people capabilities and leadership aptitude opener criteria in all improvements?
