Distinguish your goals and desires
No two people are the same and no two dreams are the same. You may have already found your perfect partner or may already be financially independent. Your current dreams and desires may lean more towards finances and material objects or you may be more focused on a healthy body and running a marathon [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or maybe a combination of all these areas.
Split your dreams up into the different areas of your life to get a clearer picture of what you want. Some of the key areas are Finances [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Body/Health, Relationships [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Material Objects, Career and Accomplishments to name just a few
2) Choose a Vision Board most suited to you
Here’s an example to highlight this point. When I worked in full time employment my Vision Board was actually a Book that had all my pictures in and which I left at work. While working I could visualize the house and car that I was working for
