I judged to emulate Sandra’s guide. Everyday ahead rising I thought about this line and this set the intonation for the day. I choose apt be consciously conscious of the alternatives I made each moment, every action,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], decision, oral word, even to what I ate and clothing I wore. This took some act. It was uncomfortable to start with. I determined I was to be in-charge of my globe. I was to give it my entire!
I wrote down at the end of the day what I had fulfilled. I then took notes for action for the next day. I became extra passionate about this exercise each day as I could look the results on a journal foundation.
